We are currently seeking applications for the position of Lead Consultant specializing in QA Java Selenium and API Automation. As a Lead Consultant, your responsibilities will include automation framework design, test scenario design, environment definition, test tool integration, test scenario execution using automation tools, and result analysis. Your responsibilities will involve designing automated tests for validating web and mobile application functionality, defining and communicating the API automation strategy, designing and implementing frameworks for automated API testing, developing test strategies and plans, maintaining automation test data, performing functional testing for web applications using automation testing, and implementing and managing automation frameworks using tools like Selenium with Java and BDD Cucumber. Additionally, you will be required to evaluate tools for test automation feasibility, develop quality work products and documentation, support delivery assurance practices, anticipate and communicate project risks, and conduct UAT testing on Fund Services. Qualifications we are looking for in a candidate include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant experience, hands-on coding experience in Java and API automation, strong functional and automation skills (BDD Cucumber, Selenium), mid-level leadership experience, ability to work in an Agile setup (preferably Safe Agile methodology), strong communication skills, and knowledge of the healthcare domain. Preferred qualifications include experience in web services automation, ability to develop and maintain E2E automation frameworks using tools like Selenium with Java and BDD Cucumber, strong interpersonal skills, experience in designing automation scripts for best performance, integrating test suites to CI tools, and proficiency in metrics and test summary reports.
