Lead Consultant - Bespoke Engineering

Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and delivering custom engineering solutions to address complex business challenges, all while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Your key responsibilities in this role will include owning the design and development of bespoke engineering solutions utilizing technologies such as Python, SQL, AI/ML, Mulesoft, SnapLogic, .Net, and MS Power Platforms. You will drive the adoption of modern development frameworks and cloud-native architectures, collaborate with enterprise architects to design scalable and secure software architectures, oversee the software development lifecycle, and partner with stakeholders across IT and business units to align engineering solutions with organizational goals. Additionally, you will champion the integration of enterprise systems using Mulesoft and SnapLogic, explore and promote the use of MS Power Platforms for rapid development of low-code/no-code applications, establish and enforce development standards and compliance requirements, and conduct regular code reviews and performance evaluations. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. You must have expertise in Python and SQL for application development, data processing, and analytics, a strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks, proficiency in Mulesoft and SnapLogic, solid experience in .Net Framework/Core, and hands-on knowledge of MS Power Platforms. Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices, strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for innovation are essential qualities for this role. Desirable skills and experiences include certification in AI/ML, Mulesoft, or Microsoft Power Platform, experience in enterprise-level integrations and data engineering projects, and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
