Minimum 6 to 8 years' experience Highly desirable to have knowledge in Healthcare domain Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. Writing acceptable test cases and performing black-box testing to ensure that the development meets the stakeholder needs Performing show and tell sessions with the stakeholders Effectively doing change management – for defects as well as change requests Performing cost-benefit-analysis to see which option is better amongst the available choices Create detailed wireframes and process flow diagrams as needed Help the technical team in context flow diagrams and in evaluating technical solutions Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Performing requirements analysis. Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
