Lead Backend Developer - .Net Technologies

You will be responsible for the continuous development of products in the Analytics Software Domain. Your tasks will include developing software based on User Stories, conducting Unit Tests, and documenting your software to ensure understanding by other team members and departments. You will be actively involved throughout the product life cycle. As part of the team, you will adhere to the scaled agile way of working, which involves participating in daily standups and retrospectives. You will also play a key role in coaching junior- and medior-developers, sharing your expertise, and taking ownership of team results. Supporting other team members in delivering the committed backlog will be a collaborative effort. Staying updated with the latest evolutions in software development and applying them in a practical manner will be essential. You will follow the proposed development guidelines and tools while contributing to best practices in software development within the Development Chapter. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electronics/Electrical/Computer) or a related field. - Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in software engineering practices, including OO languages, clean code, and CI/CD. - Experience with agile software development methodologies is advantageous. - Prior experience as a technical lead providing technical guidance to a team. - Deep knowledge in dotNET and Data Engineering. - Good understanding of Angular. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail. - Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Pro-active mindset with a willingness to take initiative within the team. - Eagerness to learn and challenge the status quo. - Professional proficiency in English.
