Physicians reviewers - LAM Overview Physician with minimum 3 -5 years of clinical experience and skillset, to review the clinical information/medical record and summarize relevant clinical information based on set of guidelines/criteria. Qualifications MBBS in India or MD (foreign medical graduates) MCI license – preferred, not mandatory Prior experience with US health care Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PPT) Experience Clinical experience: Minimum 3-5 years in clinical review or auditing role Auditing experience (Optional) Communication Skill Strong written (documentation) and oral communication skills Working Hours 40 hours per week as Full time employee Shift time: 08:00AM TO 05:00PM IST Weekends Off Telecommuter/Internet Requirements, If Applicable High Speed internet connection at home, must be broadband Must understand and adhere with telecommuter policy Skills And Abilities Strong personal and professional ethics Strong written (documentation) and oral communication skills Must have a strong analytical, problem-identification and process analysis skills with the ability to envision a solution from requirements Working within the timelines and getting necessary sign-off on each stages of work from stakeholders Maintenance and updating reports as required Must ensure meeting productivity and quality targets Must ensure availability for meeting/calls as required Work independently and as a team Liaison with the program/project manager as required Good team player & collaborative in approach Conduct all job functions and responsibilities in accordance with all company Compliance, Information Security and Regulatory policies, procedures and programs Show more Show less
