Role Overview: As a Senior Illustrator at our company, you will play a crucial role in contributing to innovative Game Art design throughout the production cycle. Your main responsibility will be ensuring consistency and maintaining the quality of Art and design work across all project teams. You will be expected to comprehend Art briefs effectively, conceptualize ideas quickly, and produce creative Artwork that meets the project requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Be a highly motivated and self-organized team member with a passion for creating exceptional Artwork. - Possess advanced artistic skills including a deep understanding of color, form, perspective, layout, and sketching. - Demonstrate a high level of competency in using key art packages such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, while also having a good understanding of the digital environment. - Have good English communication skills and display adaptive behavior in your work. - Be responsible, flexible, and demonstrate integrity and organizational behavior in all tasks. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4-6 years of experience using computer programs related to Art. - Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a commercial Art environment with relevant skills. - A Formal Art Qualification degree, preferably a BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts) and/or MFA (Master of Fine Arts) degree. - Expertise in using key programs such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. - Strong conceptual and traditional drawing skills along with a good understanding of Art and Animation principles.
