Role Overview: As a Lead Architect - Product Development (Python/Java) with over 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for driving feature delivery, mentoring a team, and providing technical guidance. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, system design expertise, and hands-on experience with Java, Python, or Kotlin. Additionally, the role requires experience in leading development initiatives, working across multiple technologies, platforms, and programming languages, as well as familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, orchestration tools, microservices architecture, and RESTful API design. Key Responsibilities: - Own and deliver key product features end-to-end. - Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to junior developers. - Drive architecture and design decisions with scalability and performance in mind. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver innovative solutions. - Perform hands-on development, debugging, and testing as needed. - Ensure high standards of code quality, security, and maintainability. - Continuously explore, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Preferred/Bonus Skills: - Exposure to CI/CD tools and DevOps practices. - Prior experience in architecting distributed, scalable systems.
