Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead the design development of architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and company standards.
Develop and maintain design concepts, presentations, and documentation.
Coordinate with project teams, including architects, engineers for Project coordination
Mentor and guide junior architects to develop their skills and expertise and providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality design outcomes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Strong design and technical skills, with expertise in architectural software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks )
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred candidate profile

Experience : 7 to 10 Years Relevant Experience

Work Location: Hyderabad

Software /Tools: Auto desk Revit, Navisworks , AutoCAD.

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Qualification: B.Arch.
