Lead Analyst, Real World Evidence

You will be responsible for leading projects and project teams to provide programming and analysis support for Real World Evidence (RWE) projects for Fortrea clients. Your role will involve a good understanding of various sources of Real World Data used in the analysis and mentoring less experienced staff. Your key responsibilities will include leading and executing RWE projects, providing programming support for analyzing real-world data from diverse sources, developing programming specifications, validating analysis datasets, developing graphs and tables, ensuring excellence in analysis-ready datasets, maintaining documentation, communicating project updates, identifying potential issues, building customer relationships, mentoring analysts, presenting knowledge at meetings, improving productivity processes, responding to audits, and performing other assigned duties. To qualify for this position, you must have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computers, Engineering, Statistics, Health Informatics, Life Sciences, Mathematics, Economics, or Econometrics. Relevant experience may be considered in place of educational requirements. You should have 5-7 years of RWE analysis experience in the CRO or Pharmaceutical Industry, experience with EHR/Claims databases, proficiency in SAS and SQL programming, and the ability to communicate complex study results in a clear and non-technical manner. Preferred qualifications include experience in R and Python programming languages, handling big data, expertise in creating data presentation graphs, strong analytical and logical thinking capabilities, willingness to learn and contribute in a team setting, experience with real-world data sources, understanding of advanced statistical methods, and the ability to work effectively in a diverse environment.
