Lead Analyst Developer (Senior .NET Developer)

This role has been created to serve as a support for senior developers in the Analyst Developer job family, providing a platform for transitioning into more senior roles within individual contributor and leadership job families. Additionally, the role aims to support the delivery obligations to customers and internal stakeholders. In this role, your responsibilities will include working with the Testing team to create user story definitions and acceptance criteria, ensuring stories are logically constructed for smooth implementation and testing. You will be required to define the underlying design within the constraints of the feature/user story and ensure that the solution is well-defined and meets the necessary requirements. Furthermore, you will provide solutions and recommendations for technical issues, design and build APIs, and external system interfaces for integration into core FNZ products and third-party vendor applications. Your role will also involve interpreting complex financial business requirements and translating them into secure, high-transactional systems. You will advise and influence the design and implementation of user interfaces and interactive financial tools, considering non-functional requirements for high-volume, real-time transaction processing systems. Collaboration with other developers to ensure robust solutions are developed in line with requirements is essential, along with designing and building code in a reusable manner. Adherence to defined procedures for code management, code reviews, coding standards, and security standards is crucial. You will be responsible for writing automated unit tests, performing manual testing, and conducting code reviews to maintain high coding standards and quality. Collaboration and communication with other developers to share knowledge, best practices, and mentorship of new starters are key aspects of the role. As a Senior Analyst Developer, you are expected to be an expert in multiple technical areas, delivering track record, and providing expertise and support to colleagues. Experience in Microsoft .NET development products, web development, financial products, and familiarity with code analysis tools are required. A first-class bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with working on large-scale technology delivery projects, is essential.
