Lead AI Strategist & Architect

As the Lead AI Strategist & Architect at DivyaSree's AI Division, you will drive early-stage AI vision and system design to establish a foundation for scalable AI adoption. The AI Division at DivyaSree is a dynamic startup within the organization, focused on reshaping real estate, education, and hospitality through AI innovation. You will play a pivotal role in defining the high-level AI roadmap, architecting secure and scalable AI systems, and leading the development of AI solutions for internal workflows and customer-facing tools. Your responsibilities will include setting up data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and MLOps practices while also focusing on research, IP creation, team building, and ecosystem partnerships. To excel in this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments. Proficiency in multiple AI domains such as NLP, computer vision, and generative AI is essential, along with a strong software engineering background and expertise in Python and relevant AI frameworks. Experience with cloud platforms and MLOps practices is also required. Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree in AI, Machine Learning, or a related field, hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, and agent-based systems, as well as contributions to open-source projects or research publications in AI-related fields. Knowledge of data privacy, security, and ethical considerations in AI implementation is also beneficial.
