Lead AI Engineer - Machine Learning/Data Pipeline

As an AI Engineer at Xurrent, you will play a crucial role in the development of platforms and solutions that drive the transformation of Service and Operations Management through AI technologies. Your primary responsibilities will involve collaborating with the R&D team to deliver AI software encompassing data engineering, prompt engineering, algorithms, and APIs. Your performance will be gauged based on your ability to generate production-ready code, prototype swiftly for stakeholders, and maintain high code quality as a senior member of the team. You will also be responsible for conducting code reviews and working closely with DevOps and MLOps to ensure a robust deployment and testing pipeline. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with R&D team members to identify functional and non-functional requirements for AI-related software adjustments or extensions and incorporate them into AI RFCs. - Assist product management in developing high-level product specifications related to artificial intelligence, focusing on system integration and feasibility. - Develop software adjustments and extensions that align with specifications, requirements, and coding standards. - Provide technical guidance and coaching on artificial intelligence to fellow R&D members. - Ensure that AI software used in Xurrent services meets quality, security, and extensibility standards. - Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of AI software in Xurrent services through active development participation. Requirements: - Demonstrated proficiency in developing AI features using LLM. - Proven track record in developing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing machine learning models. - Experience in creating and managing data systems like feature stores and data pipelines for AI and machine learning. - Ability to translate product requirements into technical specifications. - Background in a production engineering environment.
