Job Description

Experience Required: 5+ to 9 Years (Mandatory)

Mode of work: Hybrid (Bangalore Only)

Skills Required:

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners/ Permanent/Contract role (Can join within 15th September 2025)

Key Responsibilities:

5+ to 9 Years of Design and implement automation solutions for regulatory workflows using Python and agentic frameworks.
Develop intelligent agents capable of responding to regulatory changes with minimal human intervention.
Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize interactions with LLMs and other AI models.
Build and deploy scalable solutions on Databricks, integrating with enterprise data systems.
Collaborate with compliance, legal, and data teams to understand regulatory requirements and translate them into technical workflows.
Monitor and maintain automation pipelines, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and adaptability to changing regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Python and experience with automation frameworks.
Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks and prompt engineering.
Practical experience with Databricks for data processing and model deployment.
Familiarity with regulatory environments and compliance workflows (preferred).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
