Lead Adobe Experience Manager

As an AEM consultant joining the M2O Web Experience Squad in Bangalore at Signify, you will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing customer experiences using AEM and integrated technologies. Signify's culture of continuous learning, commitment to diversity, and inclusion fosters an environment where you can grow your skills and career while contributing to the transformation of the lighting industry. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work on AEM tasks and activities to enhance the performance of customer-facing sites. - Lead the approach, architecture, and design of AEM solutions, including CRX/CRXDE, WCM, DAM, Analytics, and Social Collaboration. - Assist in operations-related tasks when needed. - Diagnose and efficiently resolve technical issues related to AEM. - Analyze and propose ideas for improving the AEM landscape. - Provide strong leadership to guide development teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders, developers, and designers. **Qualifications Required:** - 7-10 years of experience in AEM, with a background in computer science, engineering, business, or related fields. - Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and its architecture, components, and best practices. - Proficiency in AEM development, customization, integration, and web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs. - Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. - Strong Java programming skills and experience with servlets and custom Java logic within AEM. - Knowledge of content management concepts, workflows, and AEM's content authoring features. - Understanding of DevOps practices, continuous integration, deployment pipelines, and tools like Jenkins, Git, Docker, and Cloud Manager. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with adaptability to changing requirements and priorities.
