Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Engineering Head at LAXXA. The Engineering Head will be responsible for managing and leading the engineering team, overseeing engineering projects, and managing software development processes. The role will involve day-to-day activities such as coordinating with different teams, setting engineering goals, ensuring timely project delivery, and handling engineering resources efficiently. Note that this role is unpaid until funding is secured, which is anticipated to be within one year.
