Job Description: We are looking for a multi-tasking helper who can handle packing, parcel dispatching, and general office work. The ideal candidate should be active, organized, and ready to assist in daily business operations. Key Responsibilities: Packing & Parcel Work: Pack products safely and neatly as per company standards Prepare parcels for courier pickup (labeling, taping, sealing) Maintain records of incoming and outgoing parcels Coordinate with courier partners for daily dispatch Check and restock packing materials (boxes, tape, etc.) General Office Work: Maintain basic documents, invoices, and records Assist in printing, photocopying, and filing Attend phone calls and take customer messages if required Help in data entry (if basic computer knowledge is there) Support team with any small errands or daily tasks Requirements: Minimum 10th pass (12th preferred) Should be hardworking and trustworthy Basic reading/writing skills (English/Hindi) Prior experience in packing or office work is a plus Knowledge of courier systems or computer (Excel, email) is an advantage Preferred Qualities: Active and energetic Punctual and reliable Good coordination and multitasking skills Willing to learn and take responsibility
