The Opportunity We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to support and enhance our sales operations. This pivotal role bridges the gap between marketing and sales, ensuring that high-quality leads are identified, qualified, and nurtured effectively. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, proposing tailored solutions, and building strong relationships with prospective clients. Your contributions will directly impact sales efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business growth. Responsibilities 1. Customer Understanding and Engagement Serve as the initial point of contact for potential customers, providing a professional and welcoming experience. Conduct in-depth discussions with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals. Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements and align them with our product offerings. 2. Lead Qualification and Management Identify potential clients through cold calling, outbound calls, market research, and marketing campaigns. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet the company’s target audience and needs. Ensure high-quality leads are passed on to the sales team for closure, thereby improving conversion rates and sales efficiency. Follow up with leads at various stages of the sales funnel to maintain engagement and nurture relationships. 3. Solution Development and Proposal Management Work closely with the sales team to craft customized solutions that address specific client needs. Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and quotations that highlight the value and benefits of our Polycarbonate Lexan Sheets and Films. Effectively present product features, advantages, and applications to prospective clients during demonstrations or meetings, as required 4. Technical Support and Knowledge Building Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s product range, including technical specifications and applications. Address client queries regarding product performance, usage, and benefits with confidence and accuracy. Collaborate with internal teams and external representatives (e.g., Polyvantis) to resolve complex technical inquiries. Stay updated on industry advancements, emerging trends, and competitor products to enhance pre-sales strategies. 5. Relationship Building and Client Satisfaction Build strong, lasting relationships with potential and existing clients to foster trust and loyalty. Act as a bridge between customers and the sales team, ensuring seamless communication and support. Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve the pre-sales process and overall customer experience. 6. Market Research and Insights Conduct detailed market research to identify new opportunities, customer pain points, and industry trends. Analyze competitor strategies, pricing, and offerings to position our products effectively. Share insights and recommendations with the marketing and sales teams to refine targeting strategies and campaigns. 7. Sales Support and Collaboration Assist the sales team in achieving targets by providing valuable pre-sales support and insights. Participate in strategy meetings to discuss sales objectives, pipeline status, and market challenges. Support the execution of sales campaigns, trade shows, and other customer engagement activities. Qualifications & Skills Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a pre-sales, customer relationship management, or sales support role. Core Skills and Competencies Exceptional communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi, with the ability to convey technical information clearly. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and address client needs effectively. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a focus on achieving results. The Opportunity We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to drive our sales efforts and expand our presence in key markets. As the sole field representative for our company, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and converting prospective clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to make a significant impact within a well-established organization. Responsibilities Prospect and Lead Generation: ▪ Identify potential clients through networking, market research, cold calling, and leveraging industry contacts. ▪ Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-quality leads across relevant industries by conducting required research. ▪ Conduct client visits to present our product range, understand specific requirements, and propose tailored solutions. ▪ Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships. Market Intelligence and Strategy: ▪ Analyze competitors' offerings, pricing strategies, and market trends to refine sales approaches. ▪ Identify emerging markets and opportunities to expand our reach and achieve strategic sales objectives. ▪ Develop sales strategies based on insights and data to increase customer base, market share and profitability. ▪ Work with the team to analyse annual sales, speak to existing clients and plan inventory to ensure stock availability for client requirements. Sales Metrics and Reporting: ▪ Track and analyze sales performance data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement. ▪ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in required systems. ▪ Prepare reports on account status, sales activities, and forecasted goals to be presented to management. Industry Engagement: ▪ Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and generate leads. ▪ Stay updated on new products and applications in the relevant industries to address client queries effectively. Training and Mentorship: ▪ Guide new team members, providing technical and market insights to enhance their client engagement capabilities. Qualifications & Skills ▪ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. ▪ 4-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the same or related industries. ▪ Fluent in English, Kannada & Hindi, with exceptional communication and presentation skills. ▪ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others. ▪ Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. ▪ Comfortable with frequent client visits and has a customer-oriented approach. ▪ Ability to work independently and in a team environment. ▪ Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. ▪ A solid understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience. ▪ An analytical mind with problem-solving skills.
