Role & responsibilities -Write parametric programs for similar part geometry. -Prove the program, tooling, fixturing, and cutting strategy on shop floor with operator. -Efficiently write 1 complete program for 1 component in 1 month. We will pay per component parametric program. Program must be proven and tested. To be decided during interview. -Generate CAD drawings with parameter as dimension for the macro. -Guide CNC operators, train them on cutting parameters. -Have good working knowledge of backlash, machine geometry, sensors, probe, lubrication, machine maintenance. -Excellent with blue-print reading, GD&T, manufacturing process planning, and creating operation sketches. Preferred candidate profile -Fundamentally sound with writing logic, CNC language, deriving formulas for tool-path calculation. -Experience in high production environment with automation -Able to learn independently and provide solution -Have been writing macro programs in heavy duty machine shop -Ethically sound individual doing good work for with no oversight
