Location: Gurugram, India Job Type: On-site Key Responsibilities: Provide legal and contracting support across business functions Draft and negotiate complex vendor agreements Advise on local laws and regulatory matters Support internal teams including Tech, Engineering, Ops, and Safety Deliver clear, business-oriented legal advice Candidate Profile: Law degree from a top university 58 years' experience at a law firm in transactions (M&A), corporate advisory, and in-house roles Skilled in negotiating complex commercial contracts with multinational companies Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills Able to work independently under pressure in a dynamic environment
