Job Title: Legal Associate Location: Mumbai (On-site) Experience: 23 years Qualification: LLB from a recognized university About the Company A Security Operations Center (SOC) company based in Mumbai, providing advanced cybersecurity and compliance solutions to clients across industries, is looking to hire a Legal Associate. Key Responsibilities Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements including service contracts, vendor agreements, consultancy contracts, and NDAs. Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations relevant to cybersecurity and technology services. Liaising with external legal consultants, advisors, and regulatory authorities. Supporting business and operational teams with contract management and legal risk assessment. Maintaining proper documentation and repository of agreements, legal notices, and filings. Assisting in dispute resolution, legal research, and compliance documentation. Key Skills & Competencies Strong foundation in contract and commercial laws. Proven experience in agreement drafting and legal review. Effective coordination and communication skills for working with external consultants and internal teams. Analytical ability with attention to detail. Proactive, solution-oriented approach. Preferred Profile 23 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, preferably in technology or services sectors. Exposure to IT/ITES, cybersecurity, or compliance-driven businesses will be an added advantage. Ability to manage legal processes independently and work in a dynamic environment.
