The role requires proficiency in understanding development requests, along with the ability to provide hands-on support to offshore teams. High level of proficiency in English, with the ability to clearly understand and communicate technical requirements. Ability to work in a collaborative environment and support team members effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain web applications using React.js and Java. - Ensure smooth communication and coordination with offshore teams. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed. - Work closely with onshore leads to clarify and implement project requirements.
