Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our overall email marketing strategy. You will utilize your expertise in email campaign management, automation, segmentation, and analytics to drive engagement and conversions across our customer base. Responsibilities: Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including planning, targeting, segmentation, and performance analysis. Create compelling email content, subject lines, and calls-to-action to increase customer engagement. Manage email lists and segmentation to ensure high deliverability and open rates. Utilize marketing automation tools to optimize workflow and campaign efficiency. Conduct A/B testing on various email campaigns to maximize results. Monitor and analyze email marketing metrics and adjust strategies as needed. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing. Requirements: Proven work experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role. Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) and marketing automation technology. Strong analytical skills and experience with email marketing metrics. Excellent written communication and copywriting skills. Knowledge of best practices in email design, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM/anti-spam regulations. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
