What You’ll Do: • Identify and reach out to potential clients who need website design and development services • Pitch Launch Better’s offerings to startups, small businesses, entrepreneurs, and eCommerce brands • Pass qualified leads to our team or close the deal directly (if confident) • Maintain and manage your own outreach funnel (freedom to use LinkedIn, email, cold calls, etc.) • Work closely with the core team to align pitch decks, pricing, and project scope You Should Be: • Someone with a strong network or the ability to reach decision-makers • A confident communicator who can build trust with business owners • Highly motivated by performance-based earnings • Familiar with website services or digital marketing (a plus, not mandatory) • Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently Commission Structure: • Earn flat % commission per confirmed client (specifics shared during discussion) • Performance bonuses on achieving monthly or quarterly milestones Perks: • Flexible hours, remote freedom • Zero cap on earnings—you control your income • Future growth opportunities (fixed roles, performance retainer, etc.) for top performers • Work with a growing creative tech brand Let’s grow together.
