We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Story Research Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will: Research True Incidents: Identify and gather information on real-life incidents involving crime, mystery, bizarre and scary themes. Source Materials: Compile credible sources, images, and videos from the internet to support your research. Story Development Support: Provide basic ideas and inspiration for crafting engaging narratives based on real-life events. Documentation: Present well-structured reports detailing the incident, its context, and potential story directions. Collaborate: Work closely with the creative team to ensure the stories align with the channel’s style and tone. Requirements: Strong research skills with experience in fact-checking and sourcing credible materials. Interest in crime, mystery, and creepy themes. Ability to provide creative inputs and storytelling ideas. Excellent written communication skills in English. Familiarity with online research tools and platforms. Contract Terms: This is a remote, contractual position. Flexible hours with deadlines for submissions. Preferred Qualifications: Background in journalism, writing, or a related field.
