Roles and Responsibilities Please elaborate on the Key Result Areas (from the previous section), to describe the job responsibilities for the role Market Analysis, Sales Planning and Forecasting Study the customers potential by analysis the market and plan for relevant sales connects. Performs regular study on competitor activity Suggests the goods to be made based on the study Accordingly conduct an internal planning for production and delivery of all client requirements Arrive at location wise clients to achieve targets and growth Reviews the monthly sales targets and plans to achieve the same Customer Relationship Management Create and grade Clients in the financial range of A+, A1, B and C and ensure there is a planned and schedule customer connect proactively by providing the roll status Focus on high potential clients in the location and engage with the client continuously till the finalization of their need and delivery to ensure they are not lost to competition Ensures regular connect with the customer looking at their key buying influence (KBI) and also gets insight into what is happening in the industry Reduce turn over time of rolls by focusing on high value rolls Bill Processing, Payments and Reporting Ensure that all customer invoices are processed, planned in a timely manner. Role Summary The role is responsible to achieve the Production/Sales target with minimum rejection / re-work/Delivery commitment and to maintain Quality standard by coordinating with Production staff, Sales team while considering the safety of workmen and machines. Roles & responsibilities KRA 1 Production Management Planning and Delivery Responsibilities * Reviews the year plan and expansion plan and prepares the required budget for required manpower, machinery and development. * Supervises the production line operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures. Draws up production schedule & adjusts them if problems occur, sets target & outputs to achieve operational plans. * Anchor the daily production meeting, manages and oversees the production start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers. * Reviews and monitors delivery of urgent rolls, ensures vulcanizing of all re-coating rolls within the agreed timelines based on the facility. * Responsible for meeting shift production goals (Quantity/ shift). * Co-ordinates with all departments (QA, Maintenance, HR) for smooth running of Operations. * Takes care of rollers at various stages of the production process and confirms the drawings are as per the client requirements. * Regularly analyses the dispatches. * Informs & takes confirmation from the client about the additional charges if any repairing is required. * Attends to customer complaints and provides service backup for troubleshooting. * Runs a structured process for understanding customer complaints and take corrective actions reducing customer complaints rejection/ rework. * Manages the inventory by verifying availability of the rubber compound material in store and plans for timely purchase. * Plans and coordinates with the Purchase team for timely delivery of material requirements.
