Lathe Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Lathe Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with lathe machines (manual and/or CNC) and be responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining machines to produce high-quality precision parts according to technical drawings and specifications. Key Responsibilities: Operate lathe machines to perform turning, facing, grooving, threading, and other operations Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges Set up tools, workpieces, and machines to ensure proper alignment and secure clamping Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance or cleaning Follow safety protocols and ensure quality standards are met Requirements: Proven experience as a lathe operator (manual or CNC) Strong attention to detail and quality Good physical stamina and hand-eye coordination Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting Contact- +91-9444025246 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
