Lathe Machine Operator

You will be responsible for setting up and operating lathe machines to manufacture parts based on technical drawings and specifications. This includes loading raw materials onto the machine and securing workpieces properly. You will need to monitor the machine during operation to identify any issues or malfunctions, making necessary adjustments as required. Ensuring the quality of finished products is crucial, so you will be expected to measure and inspect them using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Additionally, you will need to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical instructions accurately. Maintaining the lathe machines is part of your duties, and you will also be responsible for keeping the work area clean and organized. Recording production data and maintaining documentation with precision is essential. Safety protocols and company guidelines must be strictly followed at all times. This is a full-time position with benefits including food, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule may involve day shifts, morning shifts, night shifts, or rotational shifts.
