Job Title: Operations Manager Hospital Industry Location: Lata Mangeshkar Hospitals, Nagpur ( Hingna Campus) Organization: Lata Mangeshkar Hospitals, Nagpur ( Hingna Campus) Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager - Hospital from the hospital industry to lead and manage day-to-day non-clinical operations at our multispecialty hospitals. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative acumen, people management skills, and a deep understanding of healthcare operations, compliance, and patient-centric service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate all non-clinical hospital operations, ensuring smooth service delivery across departments. Manage housekeeping, security, front office, maintenance, and other support functions. Collaborate with clinical and nursing teams for operational alignment and efficiency. Monitor budgets, optimize resource utilization, and control operational costs. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and accreditation requirements (NABH, NABL, ISO). Implement and monitor SOPs, quality improvement measures, and patient satisfaction initiatives. Lead crisis management, grievance resolution, and service recovery processes. Prepare and present operational performance reports to senior management. Qualification & Experience: Graduate / Postgraduate in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field. Mandatory: Minimum 10–15 years of experience in operations management in the hospital industry . Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Hands-on experience in managing large multispecialty hospital operations preferred.
