This job is based in Australia and offers competitive salary packages for the positions of Lecturer - Level B and Senior Lecturer - Level C at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in Sydney, Australia. The salary ranges from AUD $123,620 to $172,261 per annum, along with a 17% superannuation benefit. The positions are full-time and come with a 2-Year Convertible Tenure Track. The location for this opportunity is Kensington, Sydney, Australia. Join the School of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering within the Faculty of Engineering at UNSW as a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in a Teaching and Research role. Your responsibilities will include leading the development of an internationally recognized aerospace engineering research program, focusing on areas such as flight mechanics, aircraft systems, fluid dynamics, unmanned aerial vehicles, and related fields. You will play a vital role in enhancing educational programs, fostering industry partnerships, and driving impactful research in aerospace engineering. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a strong research background and extensive educational experience in advanced aerospace systems. You should have expertise in areas such as wind tunnels, laser/PIV facilities, aerospace structures manufacturing, and testing. Additionally, experience in cross-cutting research across manufacturing, robotics, thermofluids, or related fields is highly desirable.
