Laser cutting operator

Role Overview: As a Laser Machine Operator, your main responsibility will be to operate laser cutting machines to cut and shape materials. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that production targets are met efficiently. Attention to detail and quality control will be crucial in this role to maintain the high standards of the cut parts. Key Responsibilities: - Operate laser cutting machines to cut and shape materials. - Set up and adjust machines for optimal performance. - Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed. - Inspect and test cut parts for quality and accuracy. - Maintain machines and perform routine maintenance tasks. - Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets. Qualifications Required: - Experience operating laser cutting machines or similar equipment. - Strong understanding of laser cutting principles and safety procedures. - Attention to detail and quality control. - Basic math skills and ability to read technical documents. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks. In addition to these requirements, having experience with CAD/CAM software and programming, as well as knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards, would be considered a plus.
