We’re now looking for a Business Development Executive who can help us scale faster , boost sales , and build strategic client relationships . Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B and B2C business opportunities (India + international) Make outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to potential leads (warm + cold) Create and execute a sales & growth plan in coordination with the leadership Maintain and expand the client database in CRM systems Generate revenue through strategic outreach and nurturing client relationships Understand client requirements and pitch relevant 3D services confidently Attend online/offline meetings, assist in proposal making and follow-up until closure Coordinate with the design team to ensure smooth delivery of client projects Requirements 1–3 years of experience in business development/sales (experience in 3D visualization/architecture/interior is a plus) Strong verbal and written communication in English + Hindi Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset Comfortable with outbound calling and LinkedIn/email-based outreach Basic knowledge of CRM tools, sales tracking, and lead nurturing Ability to work with leadership on long-term growth plans What We Offer Fixed salary + performance-based incentives Opportunity to work with international clients and creative professionals Exposure to a fast-growing design-tech business Learning & growth-focused culture Supportive environment to shape your business skills
