Role Summary : The role of NPD is to identify New product leads, pitch goods or services to newclients , and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts, and develop growth strategies and plans. Post Graduate with specialization in business, marketing or related field. Should have Good Communication in English and negotiation skills. The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. Prior experience in Manufacturing of critical casted and machined parts used in textile, automobile, defense, and oil.
