Large National Auto Fasteners manufacturing company with 1000+ crore turnover

Candidate should be high quality engineering product development manager, in the Fasteners industry; must have BE/BTech from a reputed institute with 15-30 years experience; Candidate will have to help develop new product lines for the company, for new customer segments - electronics, mobiles besides the traditional auto industry. Vendor development, negotiations and coordination is also part of the role. We are seeking Head Engineering, with 20-30 yrs experience who should be able to lead a team of 15-20 Managers/ Executives - spread across Faridabad and Vemgal (Karnataka). CTC between 60-80 lacs. We are also hiring Senior Managers/ Mgrs in the same group with 10-20 years exp and CTC of 30-40 lacs. Candidates working with leading Fasteners/ Auto component industry in Engineering/ Production deptts will be preferred - e.g. TVS Sundaram, Ankit Fasteners, Deepak Fasteners, Viraj Profiles, SFS India, Punch Ratna etc etc.
