Summary: As a Large Language Model Architect, you will be responsible for architecting large language models that can effectively process and generate natural language. Your typical day will involve designing neural network parameters and working with extensive datasets to ensure the models are trained on large quantities of unlabeled text data, ultimately contributing to advancements in natural language processing and understanding. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. - Mentor junior professionals in the field of large language models and natural language processing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models. - Strong understanding of neural network architectures and their applications in natural language processing. - Experience with training and fine-tuning large language models on diverse datasets. - Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. - Ability to analyze and interpret model performance metrics to drive improvements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Large Language Models. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
