Laravel Developer

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining PHP/Laravel-based websites and applications, leveraging your 3+ years of experience in PHP and MySQL. Your expertise in debugging, performance optimisation, and scalability will be crucial, with an added advantage if you are familiar with resource-intensive application architecture. Your key responsibilities will include writing clean, maintainable code following company standards, enhancing existing projects, troubleshooting and testing core software for optimisation, and contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle. It is essential to adhere to industry best practices for secure and scalable development. In terms of technical proficiency, your expertise in PHP, MySQL, and related web technologies will be highly valued. You should have strong experience in debugging, performance optimisation, and scalability, along with familiarity with resource-intensive application architectures. Hands-on experience with Laravel and CodeIgniter frameworks will be required, as well as the ability to identify potential bottlenecks and provide innovative solutions. Moreover, soft skills such as adaptability, independent and collaborative work abilities, exceptional problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are essential for this role. The preferred background for this position includes a minimum of 3+ years of experience with PHP, MySQL, and Relevant Technologies, exposure to legacy systems and modern development practices, proficiency in frameworks like Laravel and CodeIgniter, and demonstrated expertise in resource-intensive application development and optimisation. Qualifications desired for this role include a BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent degree, sound knowledge of OOP principles, familiarity with Git version control, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
