About the Role

We're looking for a Laravel Developer to join our growing tech team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building scalable, high-performance web applications, mentoring junior developers, and staying ahead with modern PHP and Laravel practices.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain advanced web applications using Laravel.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices.

Build and consume RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.

Write clean, testable, and reusable code following best practices.

Lead code reviews and guide junior team members.

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1+ years of experience in PHP development.

1+ years of strong hands-on experience with Laravel Framework (8 or above).

Deep understanding of MVC architecture, Eloquent ORM, and Blade templates.

Strong proficiency with MySQL, REST APIs, and Git.

Familiarity with frontend frameworks (Vue.js / React) is a plus.

Experience with AWS / Docker / CI-CD pipelines preferred.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have

Experience with microservices, multi-tenant systems, or SaaS platforms.

Contribution to open-source Laravel packages or community involvement.
