Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Laptop Technician with hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing laptops and computer hardware. The ideal candidate should be able to handle chip-level repairs, software installations, and system maintenance efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair laptop hardware and software issues.
• Perform chip-level servicing and motherboard repairs.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems and software.
• Replace or repair faulty components (RAM, SSD, keyboard, display, etc.).
• Maintain repair logs and ensure timely service delivery.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in laptop/computer servicing.
• Strong knowledge of laptop hardware, OS, and software troubleshooting.
• Chip-level repair skills preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
