Provide day-to-day technical support for end users: desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, peripherals. Install, configure, and maintain hardware (PCs, laptops, peripherals) and software (OS, standard business applications). Troubleshoot hardware faults, software glitches, and performance issues; replace or escalate as needed. Maintain and track IT inventory (hardware assets, software licenses, peripherals). Respond to support tickets or requests via helpdesk system; ensure proper documentation of issues and resolutions. Assist with system roll-outs / upgrades and user onboarding (setup new machines, configure user access etc.). Coordinate with vendors / external support for escalated hardware / * software issues or warranty repairs. Maintain cleanliness / orderliness of IT assets & cables in the work-area to ensure safety and equipment longevity.
