Laproscopic Surgeon

Required Qualifications:

• Medical Degree (MBBS) + Postgraduate Degree (MS/DNB) in General Surgery
• Specialized training or experience in Laparoscopic Surgery (certificate/diploma preferred)
• Valid Medical Council registration (State/MCI)
• Minimum 5 years of independent surgical practice preferred

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Strong decision-making and diagnostic abilities
• Familiar with NABH standards and hospital protocols
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours and be available for emergencies
• Perform laparoscopic surgeries including cholecystectomy, appendectomy, hernia repairs, and other gastrointestinal procedures.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in OPD and IPD settings.
• Maintain preoperative and postoperative care protocols and documentation.
• Work in collaboration with anesthetists, radiologists, and nursing staff.
• Participate in surgical audits, clinical case discussions, and quality improvement activities.
• Maintain high standards of surgical ethics, patient confidentiality, and safety.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior doctors or surgical trainees if applicable.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
