Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales and Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and offer assistance. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable laptops or related products. Present and demonstrate products, highlighting their features and benefits. Close sales effectively and meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction. 2. Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest product offerings and specifications. Develop in-depth knowledge about refurbished laptop features and the advantages of choosing Lappyfy products. Educate customers about warranties and service policies. 3. Store Operations: Assist with merchandise display, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing. Keep inventory updated by coordinating with the inventory team. Support store promotional activities and marketing campaigns. Participate in regular team meetings and share feedback for process improvements. 4. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback. Complete daily sales reports and submit them to the store manager. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Achievement of sales targets. Number of customer interactions and conversions. Customer satisfaction scores. Accuracy and timeliness in reporting. Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the IT or electronics industry. Communication: Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Sales Acumen: Persuasive skills to influence purchase decisions. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computer hardware and specifications. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the store team. Problem Solving: Quick thinker with the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
