We are expanding our sales team to drive growth in firewalls, licenses, and security solutions . Role Overview We are seeking motivated and self-driven Sales Executives who can identify opportunities, close deals, and build long-term client relationships. This is a performance-based role , offering attractive commissions. Key Responsibilities Work remotely to identify and pursue potential clients for IT security solutions, firewalls, and software licenses. Identify and pursue potential clients for IT security solutions, firewalls, and software licenses. Generate and follow up on leads (company-provided or self-sourced). Understand client requirements, present solutions, and prepare proposals. Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales within company guidelines. Coordinate with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution. Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales closures. Incentive Structure & Benefits No fixed salary; earnings are commission-based only. Incentive is on every successful sale. Commission is released only after full client payment is received . Monthly salary slips will be issued reflecting incentives earned. Desired Candidate Profile Proven experience in IT sales / software licensing / security solutions preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales. Ability to understand technical solutions and explain them in simple terms.
