Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Counselor to join our educational team Kidzee Pre School & Day care (Kothaguda,Kondapur) . The Counselor will be responsible for planning, organizing , and implementing instructional activities for students during the hours, from 9:00 AM to 04:00 PM, Reporting time is at 08:45 AM and Saturdays will be working from 10:00am to 4:00pm. This position offers an excellent opportunity for educators looking for a Full-time role with a focus on quality teaching and student engagement. Roles and Responsibilities: EWe are looking for a dynamic and proactive Preschool Counselor to manage all aspects of the schools daily operations. The ideal candidate should be skilled in parent interactions, teacher coordination, student well-being, and administrative management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Parent Interaction & Admissions: • Guide parents through the admission process, addressing queries and concerns. • Conduct school tours and explain the Sprout Curriculum, concept rooms, and learning methodology. • Maintain regular communication with parents regarding their childs progress and school activities. 2. Student Well-being & Engagement: • Supervise classroom activities, discipline, and overall student engagement. • Ensure a safe, nurturing, and interactive learning environment. • Address any student concerns and provide guidance for their holistic development. 3. Administrative & Operational Management: • Work closely with the Director to implement school policies and procedures. • Oversee the daily operations of the school, ensuring all activities run smoothly. • Manage attendance records, event planning, and school schedules. Should be efficient enough to handle young kids Ability to develop good relationship with parents, children and colleagues Ability to self - evaluate learning needs and actively seek learning opportunities. Good mental and physical health Caring and loving attitude with a sense of humour Friendly, flexible approach, open for feedback Should be at least graduate/ECCE, NTT certified Should have warm and welcoming personality with excellent communication skills(spoken and written).
