Landscape BIM Modeler / Architect

As a Landscape BIM Modeler / Architect with at least 2 years of experience in landscape design and BIM workflows, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for landscape and site works using Autodesk Revit. - Coordinate terrain, grading, softscape, hardscape, and outdoor furniture layouts with architectural and structural teams. - Prepare construction drawings, planting plans, irrigation layouts, and presentation models. - Support clash detection, coordination, and integration with MEP, civil, and architectural BIM teams. - Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project standards. - Assist in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and project documentation. - Collaborate with senior architects, landscape designers, and project managers for design development. - Maintain BIM libraries for landscape elements. Qualifications & Skills required for this role include: - Bachelors degree / Diploma in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or related field. - 2 years of proven experience as a BIM Modeler/Architect in landscape projects. - Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (mandatory). - Knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, Lumion/Enscape/SketchUp is an advantage. - Strong understanding of landscape design, grading, planting, and outdoor coordination. - Familiarity with BIM standards, LOD levels, and project workflows. - Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams. - Good communication and documentation skills.
