Landscape Architect

You are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Landscape Architect to join the dynamic team in Delhi. Your proven track record should include designing and managing large-scale hospitality, commercial, and residential landscape projects. You should have a strong ability to collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design process for projects from concept to execution. - Develop innovative and sustainable architectural solutions aligned with client requirements and project goals. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their vision is reflected in the design. - Present design concepts and project updates to clients and stakeholders. - Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. - Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards. - Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure design integrity during construction. - Address and resolve design or construction challenges effectively. Key Requirements: - Education: Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution. - Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience on landscape projects. - Technical Skills: - Proficient in industry-standard design and documentation tools, including AutoCAD (Layouts, Xrefs), SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite. - Familiarity with Rhino is considered a strong advantage. - Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and modern construction techniques. - Soft Skills: - Highly effective in both communication and presentation, with a knack for conveying complex ideas with clarity. - Reliable and accountable, with a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team. - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.,
