Landscape Architect/ Senior Landscape Architect

As a Landscape Architect at Morphogenesis, your role will involve providing innovative and aesthetically pleasing environments while ensuring changes to the natural environment are appropriate, sensitive, and sustainable. You will collaborate closely with other professionals on projects in urban and rural settings. Your responsibilities will include: - Establishing general landscape requirements with clients. - Conducting preliminary studies of the site, including contours, soil, ecology, buildings, roads, and heritage. - Preparing site plans, specifications, and cost estimates. - Accurately preparing and presenting detailed plans and working drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) packages. - Selecting appropriate landscaping materials. - Analyzing environmental reports on land conditions and ensuring project progress adheres to plans. - Conducting site visits and liaising with other professionals on the project. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Masters in architecture with specialization in landscape architecture. - Good working knowledge of Autocad. - Demonstrable presentation and client relations skills. - Excellent graphic and visualization skills. - Strong collaboration skills, self-organization, and ability to work in a team environment.
