The role involves direct client sales as well as channel partner/broker tie-ups. Key Responsibilities: Handle B2C sales for plots and villas Meet and manage clients, explain project details, and close sales Build strong relations with channel partners and brokers Generate leads through direct and indirect sales channels Conduct site visits and follow up with prospects Maintain sales reports and achieve monthly targets
