We are seeking an experienced, driven, and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and expand our market presence in the garment accessories sector, with a strong focus on the polyester button industry . Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both local and international markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and industry partners. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the garment accessories industry . Must have prior experience working with other garment accessories manufacturers . Hands-on experience in the polyester button industry is required . Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service, and negotiation techniques. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
