Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, providing information about our property listings, and setting up appointments for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a basic understanding of the real estate market. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective buyers, sellers, or renters from the database or leads provided. Explain available property options, features, and pricing clearly to potential customers. Generate interest and schedule site visits or meetings with the sales team. Follow up with prospects to keep them engaged and convert leads into sales. Maintain and update the CRM system with lead details, call status, and feedback. Handle inbound inquiries and route them to appropriate team members if needed. Provide consistent and timely updates to team leaders on lead status and conversions. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or real estate is a plus. Prior experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or customer service agent preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages. Confident, polite, and persuasive on calls.
