Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team. The Land Surveyor will be responsible for measuring, mapping, and analyzing land, boundaries, and construction sites to provide accurate data for engineering, construction, and legal purposes. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in surveying methods, equipment, and software, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land surveys and establish legal property boundaries using GPS, total stations, and other surveying equipment.
• Prepare and maintain detailed survey reports, maps, and documentation.
• Analyze data and present findings to engineers, architects, and construction teams.
• Verify accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations.
• Research land records, titles, deeds, and historical data for boundary verification.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and government agencies to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide topographic, hydrographic, and construction stakeout surveys as required.
• Ensure all survey activities are carried out in accordance with legal, safety, and industry standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor.
• Proficiency in surveying instruments (GPS, Total Station, Theodolite, Auto Level) and related software (AutoCAD, GIS, Civil 3D).
• Strong understanding of boundary laws, property regulations, and land development processes.
• Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
