About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Lawyer to join our legal team, primarily focusing on land-related legal matters across Maharashtra. The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of agricultural and non-agricultural land laws and be comfortable with frequent travel for on-site legal assessments, document verification, and coordination with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Conduct due diligence and title verification of agricultural and non-agricultural land in Maharashtra. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting sale deeds, lease agreements, power of attorney, and related legal documents. Coordinate with local authorities, landowners, surveyors, and government offices for documentation and legal compliance. Maintain accurate and updated records of legal documentation, site visit reports, and notices. Support senior legal counsel in litigation, compliance, and regulatory matters. Ensure adherence to land laws, revenue codes, and government regulations. Prepare and submit detailed reports based on site inspections and legal assessments.
